1. Services

JKT Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. All services are delivered by trained staff with professionalism and attention to detail.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through authorized electronic platforms or checks only.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before cleaning. JKT Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed as fragile.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of the agreed services.

6. Liability

While we take great care in all services, JKT Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues beyond reasonable control.
